Peter Oakes's international regulatory experience includes employment with the UK Financial Services Authority (Enforcement Lawyer) and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (Senior Officer). Peter has advised the Governor and Deputy Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency and he has worked at senior levels for regulated businesses as in-house counsel, compliance officer, executive and non-executive director. Peter's has consulted to regulated and non-regulated firms for close to a decade. Peter is passionate about financial technology (fintech) developments, particularly deployment in the areas of payments, banking, investments and crowdfunding. Peter is a board director of fintech companies which based the United Kingdom and Ireland.
